Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) are extra bits of equipment used alongside your hearing aids to help you hear better in lots of situations.

ALDs are usually bought by the hearing aid user themselves. However in some circumstances you may be eligible to guidance and financial support through social services.
If you are in paid employment and are aged 16 or over you could be eligible for help from the Access to Work scheme.
